Eric Zichella

Principal

Eric Zichella is a skilled and experienced government and business strategist whose expertise resides at the intersection of infrastructure development, finance, government and politics.  As a principal of P3 Management Mr. Zichella advises clients from a broad cross section of markets including finance, engineering and construction, technology providers, real estate development and property owners, and municipal services. While Mr. Zichella primarily services the private sector, he is a respected advisor to government officials on an array of issues, such as public private partnerships (P3) for infrastructure.

Prior to founding P3 Management, Mr. Zichella served as a Vice President for one of the world’s largest infrastructure development concessionaires and contractors, where he routinely initiated and managed public projects involving private financing in excess of one billion dollars.  Mr. Zichella had key responsibilities in the growth of the firm, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions. He continues to nurture his widespread relationships throughout the engineering, construction, and investment banking industries.   

Mr. Zichella also previously served as an executive of a public affairs consultancy that advised members of the U.S. Congress, the Florida Legislature, and various businesses on regulatory, political and fundraising matters. He represented multiple real estate development firms on major zoning and permitting issues before a variety of regulatory bodies. 

Mr. Zichella is distinguished in the political world. He has organized fundraising events benefitting elected officials that featured the former President and Vice-President of the United States. He is active in supporting candidates for office in the municipalities he services.

Prior to his endeavors in the private sector, Mr. Zichella worked as a top staff person for a key legislator in the Florida House of Representatives, and a Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives where he directed fundraising and political initiatives in every corner of the state of Florida. Mr. Zichella got his start in government when he served as a staff assistant in the Office of General Counsel for Governor Jeb Bush.

Mr. Zichella is actively involved in supporting candidates for public office who support pro-growth policies. Mr. Zichella serves as a City Commission appointee to the Finance Committee for the City of Miami.  As a cancer survivor, Mr. Zichella supports various charities focused on finding a cure. He is a member of Leadership Florida, Class 30. Mr. Zichella, a graduate of Florida State University, resides in Coral Gables with his wife, Amy (Sayfie) and children, Abigail and Ava.
